RTS Wind UK is currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator / Administrator to join our team on a fixed term basis.

This role will ensure seamless communication and coordination between onshore and offshore teams, manage project timelines and support the delivery of work within budget and quality standards.

Job Title: Project Coordinator / Administrator

Employment type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week)

Location: RTS Wind UK, Middlesbrough office

Closing date: 30th April 2025

Responsibilities

Project Coordination:

  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and management of offshore and onshore wind turbine projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with project managers and the full project team to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collate and maintain technician’s certificates.
  • Communicate with clients daily to showcase project progress and monitor project variations.  
  • Plan technician’s travel arrangements and manage all logistical requirements.
  • Ensure all offshore activities comply with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Proven experience in either offshore wind or onshore wind projects.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in IT systems & project management tools (e.g., MS Office).
  • Willingness to travel offshore and work in challenging environments.
